Today I’m gonna show you how I made this really nice chocolate-balloon dessert. It is very easy, but so nice.
What do you need?
- Some fruit
Put some chocolate on greaseproof paper, this will be the stand of the balloon.
When the chocolate it totally melted, put the balloons into the chocolate. Watch out: do this when the chocolate isn’t so hot anymore! Otherwise the balloon will explode!
When the chocolate is hard, put the balloon again in the chocolate.
Than put your balloons again in the refrigerator and wait until the chocolate is hard.
When the chocolate is hard, put the balloons out of the chocolate. Do this very carefully!
